For information on ways to access your account, click on the Information Center Channel and choose Accessing Your Account from the task bar. After you click on Accessing Your Account, Direct Access gives you the following options.

What's New
To get the latest Citibank news, click on the Information Center channel and choose What's New from the task bar. This information includes the latest Citibank news from around the world and in your community.

Getting Financial Market Information
To get current financial news and information, click on the Information Center channel and select Financial Market Information from the task bar. The services in this area are provided by Citibank through Wall Street OnDemandĀ®. Choose from the following options:
- Select Portfolio Watch to track the performance of securities you are following. Specify the stock(s) or mutual fund(s) you want to track and the prices are updated each time you access Portfolio Watch (stock prices are delayed at least 20 minutes). You can even enter a cost for each security and your gains and losses will be calculated automatically.
A portfolio can contain a combination of up to 20 stocks and mutual funds. There is no limit to the number of portfolios you can track, and you can add a new portfolio or delete an existing one at any time. Portfolio Watch is a free service provided to you by Citibank N.A. through Wall Street OnDemand.
- Select Standard & Poor's News for a free service that provides financial news coverage. This news includes daily headlines and corporate announcements on over 10,000 companies and other events that may impact the stock market.
- Choose Research Reports to read reports from third-party providers that can help you stay up-to-date on changes that affect your investments. Because there is a fee for this service, you will need to provide a credit card number when you choose this option. For more information on Research Reports, refer to the Using Direct Access for Quotes and Market Information section of this user guide.
- Choose Standard and Poor's Investor's Center for comprehensive market intelligence, investment analysis, financial databases and market commentary and trends. In order to receive this information, you need to subscribe to this service and pay a fee.Features include:

After you subscribe, you will be able to access some of the same products and services that Standard and Poor's has been supplying to professional brokers and stock traders for over 100 years.
